1. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation more than 7 days before the rental date: Full refund.
• Cancellation between 3 to 7 days before the rental date: 50% refund.
• Cancellation less than 3 days before the rental date: No refund.

2. Refund Process

Once we receive your cancellation request, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used at the time of booking.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services and fees are non-refundable:

• Any fees for add-on services or special requests.
• Booking fees or administrative charges.

4. Changes to Booking

If you need to change your booking (e.g., change the rental date or vehicle type), please contact us at least 7 days before the original rental date. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee availability. Changes to bookings may be subject to additional fees.
