City Yatraa provides rental services for buses and cars. Our website offers information about our services and allows users to generate leads by filling out a form. Currently, our website does not support self-booking of rentals.

CityYatraa acts as a mediator between Users and Providers. We facilitate the booking of vehicles but do not own any vehicles. The actual service (transportation) is provided by third-party Providers.

No Warranty: CityYatraa provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of our services or the content provided therein.

Indirect Damages: CityYatraa will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangibles, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Direct Damages: CityYatraa’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the User for the specific booking.
